Reporting & Punctuality
All teams and individual participants must report to the event venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Punctuality is crucial, and late entries may face disqualification.
Participation & Preparation
Students are welcome to participate in multiple events, schedule permitting. For sports events, participants should carry their own kits and equipment where required.
Fair Play & Conduct
A spirit of healthy competition is expected. Any misconduct, violation of rules, or use of unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification. The decision of the judges, referees, and organizers is final and binding.
Awards & Recognition
To celebrate talent and effort, certificates will be awarded to all participants. Winners of the events will be honored with special awards and exciting prizes.
